We currently use Turo as our booking platform and insurnance will be included with the rental.

Turo accepts only the following payment methods issued in the primary guest’s name: 

• Most credit cards issued by major financial institutions, including American Express and Discover

• Non-temporary debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo that are linked to a checking account. (Includes debit cards from online banks, such as Chime, Ally, and othersDoesn’t include reloadable debit cards such as Simple, Chase Liquid, or EDD) 

• Revolut card (No other prepaid cards)

• Apple Pay on mobile devices in all locations 

• Google Pay on mobile devices in Canada and the US 

You must be at least 25 years and older and have over 2 years of experience driving to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information.

• Guests can add up to eight additional drivers. 

• Additional drivers must pass our verification process to be added to a trip. 

• You can cancel most trips yourself without contacting Turo.

• All cancellations are effective immediately

• Once you cancel, you’re no longer authorized to receive or drive the car.

The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon.

Tolls: Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from the security deposit at the end of the rental period.

Driving tickets: Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red light camera tickets during the rental period.

Towed vehicle: Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client.

The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released.

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

It depends on the car you select: some come with unlimited miles, and others have a limit of 200 a day.

You can rent our vehicle for $250 a day, minimum 3 days. Even if the drop-off is early, the client is responsible for 3 days of payment.

We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional experience to our clients that rent our vehicles. We deliver within 15 miles, and a fee is assessed for delivery.

We do not currently offer direct vehicle delivery or pickup. Instead, we provide a $25 Uber or Lyft voucher each way ($50 total) to cover your transportation to and from our location. If you prefer to drop off the vehicle at the airport, a $150 airport drop-off fee will apply.

We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and a 1/2 hour window to make deliveries.
