What is the airport delivery fee?

— Monday to Friday: $200

— Sunday: $275 (includes a $75 weekend surcharge)

5. If confirmed, we’ll deliver your vehicle.

Yes. Early pickups starting at 6:30 AM are available for a $75 non-refundable early service fee, billed separately from the deposit.

Renters must be between 25 and 80 years old, based on insurance and safety guidelines.

When will I get my deposit back?

Deposits are released after a 3-day inspection period, then processed as follows:

— Credit Card: 3–5 business days

— Debit Card: 7–10 business days

We check:

- Vehicle condition

- NTTA toll activity

- Any applicable fees (e.g., cleaning, mileage, damages)

Each rental includes 50 miles per day.

Additional mileage is charged at $0.25 per mile, deducted from the deposit.

Example: 3-day rental = 150 miles included.

The vehicle must stay within 75 miles of Little Elm, TX.

Travel outside this area requires prior written approval.

Leaving the permitted zone without approval will result in forfeiting your entire deposit.

— Standard rate: $175/day

— 15+ days: $125/day (starting on day 15)

— Frequent business travelers (Sun–Thu): $135/day (upon approval and consistent history)

All discounts require prior approval and are granted at MTG Auto Group’s discretion.

Motor Vehicle Rental Tax (TX):

— 1–30 days: 10%

— 31–180 days: 6.25%

— 181+ days: No rental tax

Sales Tax (8.25%) applies to:

— Insurance

— Cleaning fees

— Optional equipment

You must reschedule within 5 days of the original booking.

Failure to do so will result in a one-day rental charge.

Example: A January 1st booking must be rescheduled by January 5th.

The replacement fee is $750 USD, broken down as follows:

— Remote: $644.64

— Manual key blade: $102.20 + tax

Strictly prohibited.

If evidence of smoking or vaping is found, 75% of the deposit will be forfeited to cover deep cleaning and deodorization.

Renters are responsible for all tolls.

Toll charges are deducted from the deposit once reported by NTTA.

Only if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (trash, spills, stains, etc.).

In that case, a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.

Recommended Coverage:

— Liability: $100,000 per person / $300,000 per accident

— Property Damage: $100,000

— Collision & Comprehensive: Full coverage with $500–$1,000 deductible

— Uninsured Motorist (UM): $100,000 / $300,000

— Medical Payments/PIP: $5,000–$10,000
